Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes– Fes:

   After a great breakfast, our driver will pick you up from your hotel/riad in Casablanca at 08/09 AM. and start our 6 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech traveling to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, to make a short panoramic city tour by the exterior of the Royal Palace and its gardens, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V. We continue toward Meknes to visit the city that is linked to the name of Moulay Ismail, the great sultan of the dynasty Alouita. Visit the walled Medina, the gate Bab Mansour and the plaza el Hadim. In the evening we arrived in Fes. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel

Day 2: Fes day Tour:

   After breakfast in your riad, the local guide will start the tour of Fes to explore this great city, the oldest, richest, cultural, religious, spiritual, and mysterious of the four imperial cities of Morocco, which you will notice has not suffered the passage of time, you will visit the old Jewish quarter called Mellah, and the Royal palace gate yard, where you will learn about the Jewish history in Morocco. Your visit includes the tile art factory and then a wonderful panoramic view of the town, after that You will start with a walking tour within the narrow streets, visiting the famous old Tanneries, and then the Quaraouine Mosque and the University which is the oldest university in the world, the Attarain Medersa, and the Najjarin Fountain and after the tour, we drive you back to your riad.

Day 3: Fes –Ifrane – Cedar forest-Erfoud – Merzouga desert :

 the morning after breakfast, we will continue the excursion to the desert of Merzouga making a few stops at various interesting sites. At this stage of the route, we will enter the Middle Atlas. A charming and distinct from the rest of Morocco, called Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco to enjoy its beauty and to have memorable photos. After that, you will head toward Azrou to see the monkies in the cedar forest. Continuing to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we will cross the pass of TIZI N TALGHAMT to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of Ziz gorges. Later on, you will have a stop for a panoramic view of Ziz valley.     

Day 4: Merzouga 4×4 tour – Camel ride – camping:

The next morning after breakfast in the hotel. You will have a tour of the dunes on 4×4 allowing you to visit the black volcanic rocks of fossils, visit a nomad family living in a tent, visit khamlia village and entertainment of their spiritual music of Gnawa, and visit the lake Date Sarji that forms in springtime which attracts pink flamingos and wildlife. Then you will have a break for lunch in Merzouga or Hassi Labied.

After lunch, you will see the canal irrigation system and have a walk on the oasis located at the foot of the dunes. Continue to your hotel to relax. Arrive at the hotel and get ready for a camel trek for an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset. While on the back of your dromedary, you will continue to the camp for an overnight in a traditional nomad tent. Dinner and spend the night in a bivouac in the middle of the dunes.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Dades valley  – Todra gorges:

Wake up early morning to see the beautiful sunrise over the amazing dunes. then mount the camels back to the hotel where you will make the breakfast. travel to Dades Valley through Rissani where will have you clapping a bit to visit its traditional souk considered to be the largest in the whole of Southern Morocco. Then to Todra Vally
through many Berber towns and villages before we get to Todgha gorge, one of the most breathtaking places in Morocco. Todgha Gorge is also a good place for hiking and where the nomads come down from the mountains to pick water from the river, time to walk and explore the area.

We’ll have a break for lunch then in the afternoon we’ll drive through the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Arrive in Dades valley, dinner, and overnight stay at hotel/riad. 

 

Day 6: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait-Ben-Haddou – High Atlas mountains Marrakech:

   Today is the last day of our 6 days tour from Casablanca, our journey continues the direction of Marrakech via Kalaat M’gouna, rose valley, and Skoura palm grove. We make a visit to Kasbah Taourirte and film studios in Ouarzazate (optional). Then we will drive to Ait Benhaddou where we will visit its famous and oldest kasbah (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot in this spectacular place including Gladiator, Obelix, the Mummy, the Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penélope Cruz…etc free time to have lunch.

   We continue our trip crossing the High Atlas mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco called Tizi N’tichka at 2260 meters above sea level it offers impressive views of valleys, mountains, and many Berber villages nearby. Arrive in the afternoon/evening to Marrakech, transfer to your hotel and your 6 days tour from Casablanca ends.
